NLD advised Graneros SpA on the acquisition of 100% of Sociedad Contractual Minera Bullmine, owner of mining properties and a plant to produce iodine, in Chile.
The legal team that participated in this transaction was led by partner José Pablo Dulanto, and included directors Juan Pablo Mesías and Bernardita Calvo, as well as associates José Tomás Brancoli and Alberto Cruz.
