Our partners Paulo Larrain and José Pablo Dulanto will be present at the Biennial IBA Latin American Regional Forum.

As in all the international events of the International Bar Association, the program will address very current topics, which cause growing discussions among the legal industry players. One of the panels will deal with M&A and the changing investment scenario in relation to buyouts and acquisitions of unicorns – current and future – in the face of technological disruption in Latin America. Another will address the use of technology to improve ESG (ASG) metrics, something that our clients are increasingly considering in transactional due diligences.
