NLD advises SUMA and Nubox in financing by Partners For Growth.
NLD advised SUMA – a SaaS company supporting more than a million Latinamerican SMEs- and its subsidiary Nubox in the extension of a loan and the granting of new lines of credit from Partners For Growth (PFG), fund specialized in technological companies
and startups.
Partners Paulo Larrain, José Miguel Diez and associate Verónica Barrios participated in the transaction.
“The transaction was a very interesting financing operation, considering that the creditor is a fund specialized in startups and innovative companies, and that SUMA, which has Riverwood Capital as an investor, provides software solutions to small and medium-sized companies in the region”, says José Miguel Diez.
