NLD Abogados advised David del Curto SpA (part of Hancock Natural Resource Group, a company of Manulife Investment Management) in the sale of 41.96% of the shares of Agropecuaria Wapri S.A., a company that produces fruits for export. The shares were acquired by Inversiones Purranque SpA and Asesorías e Inversiones Antonio Walker E.I.R.L. in equal parts.

NLD acted as the principal advisor for the transaction, representing the seller under the direction of our partner José Pablo Dulanto, who said, “An interesting challenge due to it being a complex operation in an area of great importance for Chile, such as the production of export fruits.”
