Sale of Komax to Grupo Axo closed after regulatory approval

The sale of 100% of Komax, whose shareholders we advised, to Grupo Axo® is closed and final,  following the required approval by the relevant regulators after the signing of the transaction. NLD Abogados’ M&A team, led by Paulo Larrain, acted as lead counsel in the jurisdictions of Chile, Uruguay, and Peru.
